Her extensive work experience in the banking, insurance and private sector has complimented her role as the Direct Funding Administrator. In this role, she reviews on a quarterly basis, all of the Self-Managers reports for the Northern Ontario region. Diane takes the time to listen to Self-Managers that may require a sympathetic ear or may need support for problem-solving a particular situation. She overviews each Self-Manager's budget to ensure they comply with their contract obligations with the Ministry of Health. Diane is fully bilingual, very much involved in the community and is driven by the need to help others.
